Pulley (Conductor Pulling Pulleys)
Lightweight yet durable reels for conductor and OPGW pulling. Fast, safe installation with polymer-lined grooves, closed-type bearings, and swivel heads.
Reels are one of the most critical tools that determine site speed. The aluminum alloy body, polymer-coated groove, and closed-type bearing structure reduce friction, do not damage the conductor, and efficiently transfer the pulling force. The swivel hook minimizes bending and torsion along the line; optional braking and locking mechanisms increase safety on slopes and long spans.

Spacer (Bundle Conductor Separator – Line Spacer)
The bundle maintains a fixed spacing in conductors, reducing lower gap vibrations and collisions. UV-resistant elastomer and aerodynamic body.
Electrical and mechanical performance in bundle conductors is ensured by precise spacing and vibration control. Our spacers are adapted to projects in the 154–500 kV range with UV-resistant elastomer spacers, contoured surfaces that reduce corona risk, and bundle geometry options. They reduce labor time with quick positioning and standardized connection elements during field installation.

Stockbridge Dampers (AEOLIAN Vibration Dampers)
Wind-induced aeolian vibrations are damped, reducing conductor fatigue. Adjustable weights, armored wire option, and easy installation.
Under prolonged wind effects, small-amplitude, high-frequency vibrations occur in conductors and can lead to fatigue damage over time. Our Stockbridge dampers dampen vibration by targeting the frequency band with an adjustable weight design, stainless steel carrier wire, and surface-friendly clamp geometry. The armored wire option improves clamp-conductor contact and compensates for installation errors.
