Injection Molding
MT Energy is capable of performing injection molding on products ranging from 15 grams to 30 kilograms. Thanks to fully automatic molding machines with capacities of 300, 400, 900, and 2000 tons, both small-weight and heavy parts are produced seamlessly. The facility, which also houses die casting machines, offers a robust production infrastructure capable of meeting a wide range of product diversity.
Sandblasting
One of the most important stages determining product surface quality is sandblasting. MT Energy achieves flawless surfaces using the German brand Rösler vertical sandblasting machine. Thanks to the vertical system, no sand accumulation occurs on the surfaces, ensuring homogeneous quality across every point of the product. This allows the desired high standards to be met even in confined spaces, fully satisfying customer expectations.
Machining
The post-casting machining process directly affects the precision and functionality of the parts. MT Energy processes castings with high precision using CNC vertical machining and CNC turning technologies. Customized machining solutions tailored to customer requirements ensure consistent quality and efficiency. As a result, every part that comes off the production line is functional, durable, and delivered to international standards.
Packaging
MT Energy carefully packages all parts produced after quality control checks.
